What are the shipping methods available?

Shipping is by POSLaju (Malaysian National Courier) or registered air-mail for international delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship overseas by registered air-mail.

Do you have free shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases above MYR 60 (for shipping within Malaysia only).

Do you send to PO boxes?

No, we’re sorry… unfortunately our courier company does not accept delivery to PO Boxes.

How do I care for my costume jewellery?

– Avoid sleeping, taking a bath/shower and swimming while wearing your accessories

– Avoid using alcohol based cleaning solution

– Keep accessories in jewellery boxes or soft velvet to avoid extended exposure to moisture and light

– Use a clean, soft and dry cloth to polish accessories before keeping them

Returns Policy

What is your return policy on change of mind or incorrect size

For change of mind or wrong sizes, you may exchange for another size or item or receive an online credit to use on your next purchase. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the goods and the item must not be soiled, damaged or washed. As we include size guidelines on our clothes, we urge you to select carefully before committing to a purchase. Our change of mind return policy does not apply to BB Cream products and girdles due to hygiene reasons.
Simply email us at yap@angelinascloset.com to arrange for your return. We will reply to you on how to proceed within a day.

What is your return policy on faulty items?

The minute you receive a faulty item please email us at yap@angelinascloset.com and we will send an email to you with instructions on how to proceed with the return within a day. Whether you’re wanting a refund or replacement we will adhere to your needs as soon as possible.

Will you refund the delivery charges?

We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge.
